Malt Lager 6.6% 330ml
Peroni Gran Riserva the godfather of Italian beers. This full flavour lager is brewed with the finest Sazz hop and only Prisma spring barley. Once harvested the crop goes through two selection processes before going to brew. Fermentation lasts for eight weeks to ensure perfect balance of flavour.

Blanche De Chambly, Canada
Witbier 5% 355ml
In the spring of 1992 Unibroue brewery released its first beer on lees. Made up of wheat and pale barley malt with light hopping this ale is light and fruity with subtle spice. This beer is only partially filtered to retain the benefits of the natural ingredients. Its white cloudy appearance is due to fresh yeast still being in suspension after brewing.

Chimay Blue Grande Reserve 2007
Belgian Ale 9% 750ml
Since 1862 Cistercian Trappist monks of Chimay have been developing beers and cheese. This top fermented beer is then re-fermented in the bottle in order to gain a full characteristic of fresh yeast with a rosy touch. Its aroma to the nose is only accentuated by the lingering finish on the palette. The beer can be cellared for up to seven years and takes on a light port finish.

Quelque Chose 2002
Strong Cherry Ale 8% 500ml
Released in 1996 from Unibroue brewery this beer is a truly versatile top fermented ale. The cherries are soaked for a number of months before being blended into the beer making it a true cherry ale. The most fantastic fact about this beer is it can either be served chilled or can also be heated to 70 degrees and sipped as a hot drink. Perfect for strong cheese, dessert or just as an after dinner digestive.
