Commencing her career in the UK, Sharon appeared on the Melbourne restaurant scene in early 2000 at some of Melbourne’s best known venues such as Middle Brighton Baths Restaurant and The Stokehouse.

Classically French trained, Sharon cemented her reputation in the UK at award wining restaurants like the 2 Star Michelin rated Le Gavroche and as Head Chef at Bentley Kempinski Hotel’s 1880 Restaurant, where Sharon’s culinary skills complemented the restaurant’s long list of awards such as the RAC – 5 Diamonds Award; Gold Award Top Table and the Remy Award for one of London’s top 10 dining restaurants.

Creating a diverse yet uncomplicated modern Australian dining menu for felt was Sharon’s aspiration, resulting in a carefully executed mix of fresh seasonal dishes enhanced by their individual flavors and textures. The pefect Melbourne dining experience.
